Hi, I’m Caitlyn.
I’m a Covenant pastor, speaker, storyteller (and hearer!), and infrequent blogger.
I’m from Minnesota.
The Land of Ten Thousand Lakes, great hiking trails, hipster coffee shops that can make mean lattes, and skylines that take your breath away. I frequently tout the stats and experiences that make Minnesota a great place to live, though you’ll still find me cursing April snowstorms.
I’m an Enneagram Three.
I say “yes” to a lot more opportunities than I say “no” to. I’m excited by new experiences, people, things, and stories, and I think that everyone has amazing potential that I. want. to. tap. into. I love learning more about myself and others, and seeing where our experiences intertwine. People often say that I’m busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I follow Christ.
I’m a part of a backwards kingdom where redemption is given, not earned, humility is a strength, and faith in Jesus means that my whole life centers around the story of the cross. I believe that Jesus is who He said He is, that the Bible is our only authority for faith and conduct, and that God wants all people reconciled to Him and others. I believe that all those truths are the most beautiful, interesting part of my life.
I’m endlessly curious.
I ask a million questions about people and their stories. If we meet, I want to know your favorite food, what color you wear most often, and what your third grade crush is up to today. I get excited when you find out who you are and where God is calling you – so expect me to want to know you.
